CzasNaTo in your organisation

A tool that supports the structure of the day, built for working with a group and for a device shared by several adults.

CzasNaTo is currently being developed as a pilot. Any adult can create an account free of charge. Extended pilot access for organisations is granted individually, after getting in touch. Public licence sales have not started yet.

What makes it work in a setting

Activity data stays on the device

Activity names and photos stay on the device - we do not send them to CzasNaTo infrastructure. The organisation keeps control of what is stored locally and decides for itself what goes on the device.

Child mode with an adult gate

With the screen locked, children cannot get into settings or the account. Getting back requires holding a button for two seconds - a deliberate gesture by the adult.

Works offline

The timer and activities need no internet. Unreliable Wi-Fi in the classroom will not cut a session in half.

One device, several teachers

No PIN to agree on and remember. The lock protects against an accidental tap during a session, not against a colleague.

Phone, tablet, whiteboard

The same app on Android, iPhone and in the browser - including on an interactive whiteboard.

AAC symbols included

The Mulberry Symbols library, openly licensed and built into the app. There is no need to buy a separate set of pictograms.

Who it is for

  • Schools and special schools Lesson and break structure visible to the pupil, including on an interactive whiteboard.
  • Nurseries A predictable rhythm to the day: meal, play, tidying up, rest.
  • Clinics and support centres Clear time frames for sessions, without children having to watch the clock.
  • After-school and support settings One device used by several adults.
  • Teachers and therapists Your own set of activities, ready before the session.
  • Parents and carers The same rhythm at home as at the setting.

What applying looks like

  1. Write to us

A short message: who you are, how many people would use it and what for. We need no formal application.

  2. We talk about the fit

Together we check whether CzasNaTo answers your need. If it does not, we will say so plainly rather than push a rollout.

  3. You get access

We grant access for carer accounts at your organisation. Free of charge, for the duration of the pilot.

  4. We collect feedback

This is the real point of a pilot. What works, what gets in the way, what is missing - your comments shape the next versions.

Ready to try?

Write a few lines about your organisation. We answer every message - including when we conclude that CzasNaTo is not what you need.
